I know snapshot wasn’t created, because of the Whoops! message and the status that no snapshots have been created. I don’t know how to fix it. ---

I just joined and am getting the same thing. Unfortunately, I’m not able to go on to further screens without that succeeding so I’m stuck. ---

Hi [user101](https://community.oscium.com/u/user101), It looks like your account is subscribed to Signifi Personal, which is a bit different than MetaGeek Plus and will not unlock Snapshots in inSSIDer. You can download Signifi Agent [here](https://www.metageek.com/support/downloads/download-signifi-agent-win.html) (Mac version [here](https://metageek.link/agent-mac-release-folder/SignifiAgent.dmg)) and your MetaGeek account credentials to log in (no license keys required!)
