# InSSider Home 3.1.2.1. Stopped

I have been using InSSider Home for some years now on Win10. Went to use it today and it did not open. Did a repair, same result, uninstalled with Revo and reinstalled with new installer file. Same result. Version 5.4.0.0 works fine. Any insights?

As you are probably aware, [we discontinued inSSIDer Home](https://support.metageek.com/hc/en-us/articles/203084484-inSSIDer-3-inSSIDer-Home-End-of-Life) many years ago. I will list some troubleshooting steps that may still help regardless:

Can you try deleting your User Settings folder?

And also try repairing your .NET framework:
