# Legacy License Expiration/No Activation Server Connection

I have a legacy license that I cannot activate with the version that released before expiration of my metacare, how do I activate my key? The software reports the activation server isn’t available and if I try a newer version I get an error that my metacare expiration was before the version installed. Expiration date was 2016-03-31 for reference.
